Good Investment DSR Lotus Tower??

Q: I am Planning to book for 2 bhk flat in DSR Lotus Tower, Please advise, is it a good investment or any good projects??

How much is the booking amount and I also want feedback about the locality as well?

Rs 2 lac is the booking amount.

Social infrastructure is well developed here, with prominent schools like Euro School, Gopalan International School, Keya Day Care, and Hoodi Day School established here. In terms of healthcare centres, Hoodi hosts Meghana Nursing Home and Sathya Sai Baba Hospital.

The upcoming Bangalore-Chennai expressway being constructed from Hosur, and the Metro Rail corridor will eventually lead to a ravenous market appetite for investors, project developers, and potential buyers in Hoodi.

There will be 2 BHK:64 units, 2.5 BHK:56 units and 3 BHK:56 units. It is a basement+ Ground+ 14 floors structure.

What are the configuration they are offering? When is the project getting completed and what will be the price of apartment here?

DSR Lotus Towers offers 2, 2.5 and 3 bhk units and the project is expected to get completed by end of 2018. The price of apartments falls in the bracket of Rs 58 lakhs to Rs 82 lakhs approximately.

Rate now is still less than 5k. Once launched it will go up based on the pricing Vaswani has kept so it seems like a good bet.

DSR Lotus Towers is located at Hoodi, opposite Zuri...I think it is a good option for investment purpose

There are shortcoming while investing in pre launch projects like projects can be delayed either deliberately by the buyer or due to some other legal reason. Such a delay means escalating costs and mental harassment for the buyers.

DSR Group is an established group but DSR Lotus Tower is in pre launch stage. I would suggest you to invest in projects which are under construction.
