They are building a new community in Kodichikkanahalli names Onyx. While initially contacting him before purchase in January 2017, the sales guy named Venkateshvaralu said everything will be completed by May 2017. This promise stayed true till March 2017 until the loan was processed and payment was made. Staffs in their HSR office Rajesh and Prema and their MD(forgot his name) also promised the same until the full payment was made.

From April 2017, they started showing doubts in the progress of the community which was very evident if you go visit the construction. In May 2017, they stopped responding to calls and question on posession of property. They just give a blunt response telling tiles are not yet ordered and asking us to contact MD for on the completion date. The MD never picks up the call as usual.

Dont prefer these guys until the project is fully completed and you can actually see ppl moving in.

All projects of Aashrayaa Infraa builder is deviation project. Rajagopal himself proudly says it is deviated projects & he assures like CM nothing happens to your flats. Worst goonda builder ever seen.

Do you really think all these comments will help in decision making? I personally feel that if some one is planning to buy a property first he should visit the site, check all the documents, do some market research and if possible visit some of the completed projects and people residing there

On Casting of 1st Slab 10% of Total Cost
On Casting of 2nd Slab 10% of Total Cost
On Casting of 3rd Slab 10% of Total Cost
Brick Work 5% of Total Cost
Plastering 5% of Total Cost
At the Time of Handing over / Possession 5% of Total Cost

It is a ready to move in project so you can pay the amount what the owner of the apartment is asking.

Hi Vasanth, I think this is a ready to move in project and it has got approval from BBMP. Banks like HDFC, Axis, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India and Punjab National Bank are giving home loan for this project.
