Latest Answer: Yes, and my suggestion to you to check all the required approvals especially if you are going to the higher floor. Check it first whether they have got approvals for the floor in which you are looking to book or not. Ask for the RERA Registration Number as well.
Q:I booked a flat in Feb from this fraud company Gruhakalyan Builders. I cancelled it after 10 days. I was given cheque for 98k for 27 May but they told me not to cash it. I was promised a DD but they never gave it. Now their General Manager Siddharth is telling me to remove this post instead of paying back My money. Total fraud. Don't give them a penny.
Q:We have learnt that the sanction plan of this project does not show 3BHK apartments. The two 3BHK apartments are shown as one 5BHK unit in the originally approved plan. Builder is not giving information on this issue at all.

Latest Answer: The Trial Court in O.S.No.186/2013 before going for a trial, rejected the plaint filed by Smt. Annapoorna Prasad. Against the said Order, Smt. Annapoorna Prasad filed RFA No.215/2015. In the said RFA, the Hon’ble High Court in Page No.18(ref RFA-215/2015 posted by Mr. Narasimhadev) made it very clear that the Builder, i.e., we, Raja Housing Ltd., is not a necessary party. However, the Court allowed RFA filed by Smt. Annapoorna Prasad. Mr.Narasimha Dev without going into the real facts has wrongly commented that we have filed an appeal which is again false one.

Latest Answer: They are building a new community in Kodichikkanahalli names Onyx. While initially contacting him before purchase in January 2017, the sales guy named Venkateshvaralu said everything will be completed by May 2017. This promise stayed true till March 2017 until the loan was processed and payment was made. Staffs in their HSR office Rajesh and Prema and their MD(forgot his name) also promised the same until the full payment was made.
From April 2017, they started showing doubts in the progress of the community which was very evident if you go visit the construction. In May 2017, they stopped responding to calls and question on posession of property. They just give a blunt response telling tiles are not yet ordered and asking us to contact MD for on the completion date. The MD never picks up the call as usual.

Latest Answer: The project has got approval from BBMP and banks like LIC, HDFC, Axis, Indiabulls and ICICI. One thing about this project is that the land is A Khata but the apartments will be B Khata.
