Layout plan changed for 3rd time

Q: I am one of the initial investors of Shriramland's Godhuli project. It was launched in Dec 2012 (I think). I booked at Rs.500 sq ft. The initial agreement was done and the promised completion date was Dec 2014. I paid 50% of the amount in Jan 2013.

Later due to overwhelming response for this project they have to reduce the price to Rs. 425 sq ft. Fortunately Shriramland revised my agreement to a slightly above market rate without any consideration of reducing the rate, as I had paid more than 50% at Rs.425 per sq ft. They also conveniently revised the timeline to March 2015. Now again in July 2015 they revised the previously approved plan. By now according to the 2nd agreement they should have completed the project by March 2015. Now the site which I booked is significantly shifted in the new plan. I didn’t accept this and I told them to refund the money for which now they are silent. I have never seen a land developer taking more than 3 years to sell land

So those who are planning to invest in Shriramland please be aware of their track record.

Since he is the signing authority , He is suppose to come as per our agreement. There is no point talking with Venkatesh , Since he keeps repeating statement that "He is only office bearer."
In case if he fails to come by Thursday , we can reach at his home.

Most of us have lost the patience by multiple time delay & change in deadline and layout, But time has come where in they have started deviating the Government norms in park and open space, Tank bed layout.

They are playing trick by individually coordinating, by 2 days we are expecting a good strength of members. This is best time we can all get our grievances resolved smoothly.

We have requested for meeting with Dasari Ramesh Director coming Thursay 16-07-2015 (4:00 P.M) , he is the signing authority, The team have gone to shimoga for vacation.

Most of us who bought this property , didn't even think it as appreciating investment but as good community leaving.
1. But unfortunately new revised plan seems to deviating with open and park space cover reduced from 14% to 7%.
2. There is no plan of action tank bed recharge approval from pollution control board and Lake bed development authority.
3. It is going to be open canal, not closed one on the foot path. You can see potential problem because of that.

Let us all meet and discuss with on Thursday @ shriram land office Sadhashiv Nagar , to take necessary future course of action.

Thanks Sanjay for your reply. Is the meeting confirmed by Shriram folks ? They usually don't confirm these of meetings.
