Bilekahalli is a small locality in Bangalore located off Bannerghatta Road. The area has seen a dramatic change since the establishment of Indian Institute of Management. The stretch is booming with upcoming malls, shopping centres, food joints and restaurants. The region is surrounded by adjoining areas like Bommanahalli, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Arekere Gate and MICO Layout.

Currently the price trends going on is Rs 5010 and the property rate in this locality have risen by up to 9% in last one year.

Hey, Even I am looking for information about the project but there is not much information available about the over the internet and more over as you said their website is also down.

I got to know that the project will have 32 units with a combination of 1,2 and 3 bhk apartments. The size of the apartment ranges from 910 sqft to 1650 sqft and is spread over 0.3 acres of land.
