Planning to buy villa plot in Golden Infra Utopia in Chandapura Anekal Road . Is it a good option to buy there ?

Q: Builder says it's a BMRDA approved site with availability of loan but recently i heard that Gov. is cancelling BMRDA approved site near that area due to some legal issues , please help us to make a division .

Investing in Chandrapura Anekal Road is a very good idea as the locality is developing slow and steadily. You can expect good appreciation in 3 to 4 years time frame because the locality is having reputed schools, colleges and malls are also planned.
