I think it is a good idea to buy a property in a around Whitefield as the real estate market is doing good in this locality. The project seems to be good and has received all the necessary approvals. Only concern is this is SBC Group's first project

Thanks Manjunath for sharing information about the project. Any idea about the USP of this project, amenities and approvals? How is the booking amount for a 2 bhk?

The has been approved by Bangalore Development Authority and banks like SBI, HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, ICICI. Booking amount for 2 bhk in this project is Rs 5 lacs.

The Unique selling point of this project are as follows:

1) No common walls between any two apartments
2) Project is located at traffic free corridor
3) Each apartment in this project is Vaastu compliant and come as independent as they can be

They have not revealed about the approvals and possession of the project.

Its a new launch so much information is not available over the internet. The project will have 142 units and 3 iconic towers with a combination of 2, 2.5 and 3 bhk apartments. The price of the apartment starts from Rs 57.18 lakhs.

When was the project launched and when they are planning to complete the project? How much is the rate per sqft going on and is the builder going to provide OC and A Khata?

The project was launched 2 months back and they are planning to completed the project by 2017 October. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4299 and yes they are going to provide A Khata and Occupancy certificate.
