How is the current real estate market scenario of Sector -2, Noida? Is this location suitable for end use ? Planning to have a house in Noida Sector -2. Kindly advice.

According to me, Sector 2 Noida Extension is a decent local location encompassed by created zones, for example, Crossing Republik, Achheja, Ecotech 4, Sector 3, Knowledge Park V Greater Noida, Sector 1 Noida Extension, Sector 10 Noida Extension, Sector 118, Sector 119, Sector 12 Noida Extension and Sector 123.

According to me, Noida Extension is a piece of Greater Noida in the Gautam Budh Nagar area of Uttar Pradesh. All parts under Noida Extension are a piece of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). Sector 2 is the closest area from the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road, which is a 130-meter wide street and comes in the wake of intersection the Hindon Bridge.

Sector-2 is a very good decent residential place. According to me, very close metro station are Sector-15, Sector-2 Noida. Sector 2 has delightful format encompassed by green, from metro station, 1 km from Delhi, streets are wide with plentiful parking spot, 1 km from Delhi.

As per sources, Sector-2 is a best area for IT Companies. Strolling separation from close metro station of Sector-15, Sector-2 Noida. All the basic conveniences are accessible here. All daily basic amenities are located close to this sector. As per sources, this sector is developing, however appreciation of this location is very good. Rental activity is very good in this sector.

Could you provide some information about Unnati Aranya project location , Sector 119. I am a first time investor. I am very much concern about pricing of Sector 119. May i know price trend of this locality ? I came to know that there is no proper improvement in this price trend !!!!! Kindly provide me some info.

As per my knowledge, Sector 119 is a very premium residential sector with decent residential environment. In year 2010 Oct-Dec, the average residential price was around 2550/sq-ft. After many ups & downs this price is now touched around 6000/sq-ft in January 2015. This average residential price is showing improvement. Investors & developers are interested in this sector & this sector is becoming a good deal for end users too.

It is just 6 km away from currently operated Metro Station , driving distance of 10-15 minutes and the commercial hub of Noida, Sector-18, is just a short drive away and Fortis Hospital at sector 62, one of NCR's premium hospitals is just 5 minutes away.

According to me, this sector is only 4 Kms from existing Noida City Centre Metro Station. Shopprix Mall and markets are located nearby. Very well situated in the heart of Noida. Well connected to all near sectors like Sector 51, Sector 52 and Sector 61 and at a very decent 10 minutes drive able distance from Shipra Mall Indirapuram and Sector 18.
