Q: Hello All, Can anyone update the development update on Dosti Planet North, Shilphata and potential growth prospects of the area.

Latest Answer: Hello Sir,, Dosti group has 3 towers named Ruby, Elerald and Elmore, but commencement certifcate and occupancy certificate issued by Thane Municipal Corporation is for Building Type A1, A2, A3 AND D1. So please clarify that if we purchase flat in elmore, then what is our building type as per commencement and occupancy certifcate
