Hey Rashmy, As far as I know the project will be completed by October this year. It comprises of 2 and 3 bhk apartments & the price of the apartment start from Rs 40 lakhs on wards. For booking an apartment in this project you have to pay 20% of the total apartment value.

How about the approvals and rate per sqft quoted for this project @ Lewin?

The present rate per sqft going on is Rs 3000 ( basic price). BBMP and banks like HDFC, Axis, LIC Housing Finance, SBI and ICICI has approved the project.
