The price of plotted development in Bangalore ranges in between Rs 450 to Rs 1800 per sqft approximately. The price of residential layout also depends on the locality, builder, proximity to infrastructure development and amenities provided

Earlier the demand for plot project was not that great but suddenly the demand for plot project rose in Bangalore and many leading or reputed builder are entering this segment.

The plot project has seen an up ward trend mainly because of the sluggish market where people are interested to commit for the lower investment tag. Secondly, builder are giving lots of amenities to get better resale value of such units.
