When is the project expected to get completed and what is the price of the apartment going on?

The sales person told me that the project has got approval from Rajanakunte Gram Panchayat and banks like ICICI, Axis, LIC, Canara Bank. But I am bit worried should I go for this project or not. Will it be a good idea to buy such kind of property.
