Looks like every body are cancelling the gruha kalyan projects, can some body share what was the reason to cancel it.

Q: We have also booked a flat in lotus. let us know what is the reason to cancel? are documents are not clear?

They are frauds as the above person said (Manjunath). I cancelled two flats which I booked on 29th Sep 2015 on the 5th October 2015 . Even though it has been 75 days after cancellation as per the terms and condition , I still haven't received the post dated check(PDC). Even today I called them on numerous numbers , no body is helping me

Hi...I wanted to invest in their J P Nagar Orchid project. They are asking for 50% down payment with a Pre-EM option. I am a little worried now after coming to know that this is part of Dreamz group which has a very notorious name in the market. Should I take back my booking amount? There is not even one brick in the site...construction is expected to start after 3-4 months..I am really worried to the fact that they want 50% of the cost at this stage..please advise..

Now they are playing to give back my cheque (1 lakh). Be careful with GK.

because they are fraud... this is a fake construction company.. they have not even bought a land for any project.. all their documents are fake.. this company owner has three construction companies with names Dreamz GK , Gruha Kalyan and TGS CONSTRUCTIONS ... He is a big cheater and criminals.. he was in jail for 6 months last year due to cheating people with crores of money

after 2 years of booking, they have not started even a single project .. moreover they have not a single land on name of company because they have not bought a single land.. all their documents are fake .....
