Latest Answer: They are frauds as the above person said (Manjunath). I cancelled two flats which I booked on 29th Sep 2015 on the 5th October 2015 . Even though it has been 75 days after cancellation as per the terms and condition , I still haven't received the post dated check(PDC). Even today I called them on numerous numbers , no body is helping me
