Q: Hi, i am looking forward to buy a property in Sobha Dream Acres, can anyone provide me feedback prior to their experience

Sobha Dream Acres gave me an option to pick the desired design and color for my home. They say it is possible because, they are fully backward integrated. Backward integration - most of the stuff needed in a home are manufactured by them and so can be customized.

Sobha Dream Acres is a 81 acres project with 6500 plus units, located at Balagere, Bangalore East. Phase I (Rainforest) is a part of 81 acres township. There are 1 and 2 bhk apartments. The price of the apartment starts from Rs 39 lakhs on wards excluding Registrations and Stamp duty.

What about the possession and how much is the rate per sqft going on? Which local body and banks have approved the project?

Phase I is expected to get completed by 2018 or by early 2019. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 4868. The project has got approval from BBMP, BDA and all the leading banks
