As per sources, UIT (Urban Improvement Trust) has approved this project. Genesis city plots project is around 1.5km from Honda Plants in Sector 95. Proposed electronic hub is approx 1km from this project. This project is surrounded by Dharuhera, Chopanki and Kushkhera. Genesis city plots project is very much suitable for long term investment.

Well Arpit, in my opinion, Bhiwadi is well known as a industrial hub , however demand of residential plot is more here. Those who are searching for some long term investment, then it is a nice opportunity for them to invest in plots. Definitely appreciation will be more as compared to other location in DelhiNCR. Most of the plots in this region are located close to highway, nearby industrial areas as well as electronic hub.

As per my knowledge, Genesis City Plots is a ready to occupy land project located in Bhiwadi. Project offers plots area ranging from 1125 sq-ft to 3105 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 1833/sq-ft. This project is located very near to Alwar Bypass road, one of the top spot now a days for property buying as well as investment.
