Best Locatlity to Invest in Bangalore North?

Q: I am looking to buy a plot/House for investment purpose. After doing some research we have zeroed in on Yelahanka, Hennur Main Road, Thannisandra, Hosakote?

Can anyone Suggest which Layouts are areas within the above mentioned area is good? Its for investment purpose and must be official area.

Hennur Road is a major road located in North Bengaluru, in the state of Karnataka. Ever since the conception of the Kempegowda International Airport, Hennur Road became a key residential locality for people who wanted to be close to both the city and the airport. Major builders and homeowners started to become more and more interested in the real estate. Real estate prices are still relatively low in Hennur but are on the rise, as well-known builders have already begun their land acquisition and construction of residential projects.

The northern zone of Bangalore has been glittering with growth and development as Thanisandra witnesses steadfast property values. Close to Outer Ring Road, the locality can be easily accessed from the Nagavara Circle. Hoskote, an area in Bangalore which holds great promises and expectations. It is not a place where time will stand still. It is about a great ambiance, good infrastructure and fantastic connectivity. A new integrated satellite township with proper infrastructure has been put in place. Good road planning has taken a precedent over here.

Yelahanka is already well-developed, located to the north of Bangalore, was previously foreseen as a satellite town, however, at present it is under BBMP- Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike.

It is encompassed by a good number of schools, colleges and tech parks.

According to experts, growth of Yelahanka as a peripheral Business District in the coming years will help it evolve as a flourishing residential real estate destination.

Consistent commercial growth and adequate infrastructure development has contributed to the residential real estate market of the region.

Social infrastructure, in addition to connectivity, has also played a major role in adding to the number of property transactions in the region.
