Q: Hi All,

I have seen 2 BHK 900sft independent house in beeramguda. It is 2 KM from Beeramguda Kamaan(I mean highway road). The person is quoting 37 Lakhs.. Is it a good deal? Any advice . how the property trend.

Hey! I think you have made an excellent choice of staying here. This locality is just 0.5 km from Patancheru and 0.5 km from Beerumguda lake. The place is very peaceful and is ideal for families to stay at. Elders in the family would have a noise-free environment to look forward to. Schools like Vidya Bharati High School, BHEL Higher Secondary School, Ramachandrapuram Zilla Parishat High School are all around 2 kms from the locality, which is a decent distance for your kids to travel everyday.

Hi Abdul, I think Connectivity and travel can be a problem in this area. You can get good buses and taxis once you come to the BHEL and Lingampally area. frequency is also slow. I have heard somewhere that there are lots of issues in water supply and electricity. Please verify before investing in this area.

Beeramguda is basically an upcoming area over the North Western part of the city. It is primarily a residential area and when it comes to the development part, I think there is still scope for more development in this area from now.here are many villa projects and independent houses projects that are coming up in the Beeramguda area now. The price of the independent houses in here is comparatively cheaper than the other areas around. The price ranges start from Rs 2500 rupees per sq ft.

Hi Sushil, I think right now the average prices trends in Beeramguda is approx Rs 3100 to Rs 3300 per sq ft. I think you should search more project before finalising this project. In my advise you can check the current condition of this property which will be helpful to take your decision.
