Consider talking to residents of Praneeth Pranav Homes and Praneeth Pranav County. Roads are flooded after it rains once and Compound walls collapsed already within few months of construction and Builder does not respond.

Praneeth group is one of the leading builders in Hyderabad. The project is located in the heart of the city at Beeramguda, Hyderabad and is a very impressive project. It is well designed and will surely appreciate very well. Water logging is common in some parts of the area, but most of the apartments use rain water harvesting and other such options to control it. It shouldn't be a major problem with Praneeth Pranav Panorama.
