Beeramguda as a locality offer better place for residential purpose:
1. Less pollution and a silent place
2. Residential hub
3. Not good for short term investment but if you are buying land ( Individual house), and you stay for longer it will give you good returns.
If you want to buy a property which gives you good return in long term you should go for buying an individual house in Beeramuda. Make sure that the tile of the property is clear and engage a good lower for verification of other important property papers.
Yes Syed, I agree with you. The area of Beeramguda is actually considered a good place to invest in as well. If you look at the residential layouts and the plots in here, there are considerably cheaper than the other localities in the city. It starts from Rs, 550 per sq ft , and the price goes up till 700 rupees per sq ft.
