Q: Hi All,
Can someone please help me find the current status of Maxblis Grand Kingston construction ?
Heard there is some issues with the project. Can someone please help verify this?

This is a fully approved project. Noida Development Authority has approved this project. Banks approving loan to this project are Canara Bank, Bank of Maharastra, Bank of Baroda & ICICI bank etc. This project has world class amenities & advanced features which draws attention of many end users towards this elegant project.

As per my knowledge, this project has high end features & state of art facilities such as earth quake resistance structure, club house, jogging track, barbeque pit, garden, 24Hrs power backup, 24Hrs security, cafeteria, Gym, kids play area, Intercom, water storage, waste disposal, rain water harvesting, multipurpose hall, fire fighting equipment, car parking, lifts, property staff & vastu.

This project is around 3.5km from Manav Rachna International school. Surround this project many reputed banks are there such as Indian Bank, HDFC Bank, Allahabad Bank & Axis Bank. Intercity hospital is around 3km distance from this project. There are many hotels & restaurants are located near to this project. This project is very much suitable for end use as well as investment purpose.

As per my knowledge, Maxblis Grand Kingston is a popular residential project in Sector 75 Noida. This project offers 1BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 615 sq-ft to 2050 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 4700/sq-ft (all inclusive). This project is located in a decent residential sector having all daily basic amenities nearby.

Project construction work is on full swing. It is expected that , possession of this project will be in 2017 December. As of now structure work is about to finish. This project has spread over 2acres of land having approx 2towers. Distance between towers are approx 60mtr. This is a pollution free eco friendly project in Sector 75.
