See I guess all leading banks have approved the project and the delivery date of the project is in 2015 end.! So i feel you should wait for the project's more information before you invest.

I heard there is a delay in the project's delivery ? Is it so? Share the possession date of the project, i am very much interest in this project.

That is great combination! Are they providing the 1 bhk fully furbished?? and how much are they quoting for 3 bhk??

Hmm for 1 bhk they have 615 sq.ft available and they are quoting Rs 5100 per sq ft. No idea about fully furnished or not, For 3 bhk they have 2050 sq.ft and they are quoting Rs 15250 per sq ft.
