Hi Kaustav, I think regardless of an increasing number of skyscraper residential projects, independent builder floors havent lost their attraction in many Indian buyers.My personal observation is that builder floors are still a preferred choice of housing for many home buyers.

Hi, There are various differences in both types of property. High rise apartment has multiple housing units in one floor while in builder floor only one housing unit.In apartment sharing of amenities such as swimming pool and the club house but individual access to amenities in builder floor.
