Q: Hi Everyone,

This is Vijender and I came into Chandigarh one year back. I am doing job and I am leaving in a rented house. Now, I have decided to buy my own flat.

One of my friend suggested me about Sushma Buildtech projects in Zirakpur, Chandigrah. He said they have good flats with all the necessary amenities of modern age. Still, I want some more feedback if anyone can provide about Sushma Buildtech projects as you know buying a home is a big investment.

I would appreciate if you can please tell me your feedback and reviews about Sushma Buildtech.

Their project is ready for possession. It consists of showrooms, shops, business spaces and convertible studio apartments. The construction is of very high quality. The management of the company is customer friendly. The staff in the head office is very cooperative as well.

I have recently bought 3BHK flat from Sushma Buildtech and trust me it will be best investment for you too. I have been searching flats from last three months and have visited so many builders but my search ended when I met Sushma buildtech team. It was so easy to make them understand what I need and the best part is that I got flat in my budget. Sushma Urban is a very good place to live in. I don’t have any complaint against them. I would suggest to anybody that if you want to buy a flat in Tricity, Sushma Urban is definitely a good investment. You are not going to face any kind of problem here whether it is related to the buying formalities or related to the flat.

After being transferred to the Chandigarh branch, within two months I decided to buy my own house instead of staying in company quarters. I checked for online reviews for various real estate developers and there were lots of complaints posted for them. After struggling through various realtors, I finally landed at the Sushma Buildtech Group. And now when it’s almost 10 months living in my own apartment, I’m very satisfied with everything. Hi Vijender,

I am living on rent in one of the projects of Sushma Buildtech with my friends. We love living here because our office is very near to the residence. Also, we have day and night shift so we can come and go any time. We are really happy living here. No complaints as we used to get from old house owners because of day and night shifts. Soon, we will be buying our on apartment here.

Like everyone else it was my dream also to buy my own dream home but due to limited budget it was not possible. Buy chance i got to know about Sushma Buildtech via one of my friend and he told me about the affordable EMI plan of them. I was very happy and discussed the plan with the team of Sushma Buildtech. I just looked at the Sushma Buildtech projects listed on Commonfloor website. The sample flats are looking good and I also search for reviews, feedback and complaints against Sushma Buildtech but most of the reviews are great except some minor issues. I think it would be a good decision to buy home at Sushma Buildtech projects for living.

I am a former resident of Sushma Urban Views but I left that society because I shifted to London due to my job change. But it was a good living experience without any complaints with Sushma Buildtech. Either it is about paper transparency, clear buyer agreement, customer support or quality of the material everything is perfect. The living standard is also high in that society. I was happy in that society, no complaints during the days I lived there.

I am doing job in CHD and living in Sushma Green Square on rent with my colleagues. It has been my pleasure to live there because it gives us separation. No complaints from owner, from neighbours and we can live in our own way. This is the best thing I like through living in such societies.

I am a satisfied customer of Sushma Buildtech and it is my pleasure to share my review about Sushma Buildtech here. Hope it will help you guys!

I am from Dhaka and work in a private import-export company in Chandigarh. Initially company used to provide the accommodation but as the size of the company grows they changed their policies and started giving other benefits and stopped accommodation facility.

So, this caused to buy a new home for me. It was a difficult task to search for a home that is in budget in such an advance and developed city. But luckily one of my senior colleagues suggested me about Sushma Buidtech.

I visited their latest project Sushma Elite Cross and their flats were amazing with quality materials and earth quake safe. I decided to buy my dream home here. I read the buyers agreement and every other formalities were very transparent.

I am living here happily from 3 years and no complaints at all. Its all fabulous here.

Well as far as Sushma Buildtech is concerned, you can invest with them for your dream house right now! I am saying this because I have been living at Sushma Elite Cross happily. The best thing about them is that they deliver what they promise. Ranging from the amazing exteriors to the necessary interiors, everything was perfect. The material used in construction is worth applauding. I have no complaints with the quality. What amazes me is that they offer serene location, better connectivity and series of amenities, all that at a very reasonable price. My parents were not pleased with the idea of buying a flat, but after shifting to Sushma Elite Cross they were happy with my decision and they are happy rather than complaining. We shifted here six months back and till now I havent faced a single problem. If you are really looking for supreme quality housing and something really affordable, look no further than Sushma Buildtech.

Id say, I love my house! Its been two years and Im completely satisfied. It feels like a dream come true to have such a beautiful house. Perfect location, connected to the city yet calm, well decorated and designed and the services are also all good. Neither my parents nor I could find any flaw in the house. No complaints, truly! I really love my bedroom and the balcony. I can view the entire neighborhood, and the greenery and it feels so soothing, especially in the evening.

Theres no story behind the purchase. I just took a chance by contacting the Sushma Builtech Group right away without consulting anyone. These people are very kind, understanding and generous. I wanted a 3-BHK apartment for my family. They asked me about my preferences like location, flat/apartment, and price. And what they offered me was the best suited. I believe. Within 10 days, they gave the keys in my mothers hand and we got our own home. Thanks to the Sushma Group!

I have been living in Australia, I and my wife decided to shift to India, our birth place. So we decide to buy a home in Zirakpur. Searching a home, a good home is really difficult.

But I feel lucky I did not face much difficulty as one of my relatives suggested me the name of Suhsma Buildtech and told about their good reputation and reviews. I contacted them and told them all my requirement and budget. And after few days they showed me the home which was exactly as per my specifications.

Finally I and my wife shifted to India six months back in our new home. It is so full of facilities that our six months passed so smoothly without any complaints. We have not faced any difficultly and complaints thankfully did not need to complaint about anything. Hope the coming years passed like this.
I am so happy with the work of Suhsma buildtech that if anyone asks me about anything about buying a new home, I simply recommend Suhsma Buildtech. Zero Complaints only good feedback

I basically belong to Maharashtra and visited Chandigarh 2 years back I have been transferred to this City beautiful. Firstly I stayed at rented home but with passing time I started loving this city and thought to have a dream home here. Then there started the journey of buying good house but yes with reasonable prices as we all know buying a home in Chandigarh is very expensive. One day I have read about Sushma Build Tech while scrolling real estate builder providers. I immediately visited their website and started looking for the best flat and also the reasonable one ( ;-P ).
Even though I searched a lot about Sushma Build Tech I Still had so many doubts as it is bit difficult to believe on reviews and feedback placed on internet. We were new in city and were looking for our own residence. After visiting several sites we moved to SUSHMA Buildtech. And there is no doubt that we were pleased at the first sight. From the interiors to the exteriors, everything was simply impressive. The environment was perfect for a family to reside in peace and comfort, which was the basic thing we had been searching for. I would just say that it is the right choice for those looking for home in tricity!

I completely agree with you Sonu. Sushma Buildtech seems to be a BRAND today. Wherever you go, or search in for, you’ll get a positive feedback about them. Even, something similar happened with me. A year back, I moved to Chandigarh when I got a job here in IT Park. I started living in a PG here but after 6 months my mother asked me to keep my sister along with me as she wanted to study further from PU. So, I started looking for a 3BHK flat. Since my pay scale is good, I decided to buy a new flat. On research, I came to know about Sushma and its amazing flats and the location. One of colleague also suggested me about them and told me some nice reviews about them. I also searched for Sushma Buildtech Comaplints and Reviews Online and they were awesome. When I saw their flats, I was really overwhelmed. Everything was just PERFECT! In the first go, I decided to buy one. Also, their EMI scheme was comfortable. Thanks to Sushma to make my first ever property investment a success!

You are right Sonu. I liked the location of their Sushma Cresent project. It is nicely connected with Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Punjab. Also the environment of the society is nice as I am a residence of the society from last one year. The complete year spent without any complaints and it is really appreciated.

They are extremely good at customer services. When I called them up, they fixed our visit. Also we were accompanied by their engineer. In brief he explained us all about the quality. I am very particular about material used in a building. Knowing that they make use of superior quality and tested material, I was highly satisfied. Now it had been a long time we shifted here and living happily. No Complaints, 5 Star Feedback.

If you are looking for a great accommodation at the most economical prices with all sorts of facilities, make sure your first check with Sushma Buildtech. Being a proud resident of SUSHMA Elite Cross, I can just say that I am experiencing the best amenities at a prime location. Situated very close to highway these flats offer closest connectivity to major cities. Other thing I like here is the 24/ 7 backup and abundant parking facility. There are playing ground, swimming pools, gymnasium, and much more. The lush green environment make you feel fresh and keep you healthy. I couldn’t expect anything better than this and that too at such a reasonable price.

My wife use to complain a lot about our previous home. The poor construction quality and shortage of space often created problem. However, our new home is spacious, classy and above all the construction material is of high quality. I am highly satisfied and they did not give a single chance to complaint.

Actually, we planned for a 3BHK first, but visit the Duplex Villas of SUSHMA Buildtech we decided to own one of them. I was assured for the quality but was worried for the cost. However, I was much relaxed when I found them at such a reasonable price. It took no time for me to book it and we shifted their on my wifes birthday. It was the best gift for her. I dont have any reason for complaint. All goes well as per the expectations.
