Q: Hi Everyone,

This is Vijender and I came into Chandigarh one year back. I am doing job and I am leaving in a rented house. Now, I have decided to buy my own flat.

One of my friend suggested me about Sushma Buildtech projects in Zirakpur, Chandigrah. He said they have good flats with all the necessary amenities of modern age. Still, I want some more feedback if anyone can provide about Sushma Buildtech projects as you know buying a home is a big investment.

I would appreciate if you can please tell me your feedback and reviews about Sushma Buildtech.

It is situated at just 10 minutes drive from the East Delhi border and at 5 minutes drive from Mohan Nagar crossing and Sahibabad Railway Station. SO all this gives easy connectivity to Sahibabad.

Latest Answer: Hi Sushant, the residential sector has not performed well this time. The sales dropped down by around 16%. New project launches have also dropped down by around 30% which shows the market is having less demand for properties. Then what will buyers do if prices are always rising. How will they by without proper rates and facilities..

Latest Answer: Yes it is true that the JR layout are cow sheds, that's the joint development agreement done by them with land owners. So even if the layout is BMRDA approved, the villagers will own the land and would be free to use the layout as grazing ground for cows. Cows and their owners do not need permission to enter the layout, while residents are threatened by JR Housing developers that they'll stop the residents and site owners from entering the layout. Last week I was in the layout and have taken pictures where its is clear that either, this is a village and not a layout or the developer has really started dairy business. Now we all can understand the standard of development of JR properties Tippy tippy tap which colour cow do you want? Brown, yes its available in JR Greenpark.
