Q:Earlier there marketing teans used to sell the flats with Credit Note Assurance and some of them have even sold the apartments on the basis that there is no Car parkig fees as its free.They still haven't mentioned this in there Rate list ,they are Charging it as Facility Charges.

Latest Answer: Yes it is true that the JR layout are cow sheds, that's the joint development agreement done by them with land owners. So even if the layout is BMRDA approved, the villagers will own the land and would be free to use the layout as grazing ground for cows. Cows and their owners do not need permission to enter the layout, while residents are threatened by JR Housing developers that they'll stop the residents and site owners from entering the layout.
Last week I was in the layout and have taken pictures where its is clear that either, this is a village and not a layout or the developer has really started dairy business.
Now we all can understand the standard of development of JR properties

Do you have a car pool otherwise how does one travel to Indira Nagar other then in a Bus? I believe the approach towards the building is not good as the local have their shops. Thanks you so much.
