This builder is cheater and stay away. I did a mistake by buying

I am an owner of an apartment in Whitefield made by MJR Builder. This project is delayed by more than 4 years now and still not sure when it would be 100 percent complete, if it would ever be. Builder promised many amenities during booking but actual handover was just the apartment with most of the amenities not built. For example, if they promise 2000 sq. ft gym I the agreement, then would come up with 400 sq ft. after a delay of 4 years with repeated requests from the families staying. They would collect maintenance of 1 year in advance, but only have few security persons and few plumbers in the name of maintenance. Since the amenities wont be built they would not spend a rupee on maintenance of those things, hence purchasers would be cheated heavily. Even for basic amenities like car parking, purchasers have to wait for many years even after paying the full money in advance. After purchasing a property I felt heavily cheated.
