Please find the following points about them. - Apartment deliverable delayed by 8 months and still counting - They promise something while booking of apartment and deliver something worse at last. - Quality of construction is very bad, becoz they start late so to catch up the time frame they will construct quickly and hence quality will be worse. We have n number of examples in our owners community to prove this. - Lot of deviations in plan so won't get OC and CC from BBMP and other authorities. - Frequent changes in Project management team and issues are never address. - And list continues on and on. For actual data you can communicate with any Platina Owners group to get more feedback on MJR.
