I heard that project redesigned with 17th floor, and delaed coz of tat.is this worried sign?

Q: Please tell me if anyone ishaving more info about this.I am worried but any input is helpfull.

The project has been approved by BBMP. The project is spread over 4.91 Acres and it will have 506 units and it is a Basement + Stilt + 17 Floors.

I do not agree with you @ Anusha. The project seems too close to the railway station which seems to be a big concerns because of the noise.... I personally do not feel it is a good bet to invest

As per my knowledge is concern MJR Pearl Investment Plus Points are excellent connectivity with the Bangalore Metro phase 2 having a station at Kadugodi and the Bus and Train stations nearby

You are absolutely heard the right information. Currently project redesigned with 17th Floor with high capacity luxurious amenities and the cost would be around Rs 4500 per sqft. You need not have to be worried, you can talk with the builder and ask for all the necessary documents.
