As per my knowledge, Sector 119 is a very premium residential sector with decent residential environment. In year 2010 Oct-Dec, the average residential price was around 2550/sq-ft. After many ups & downs this price has now touched around 6000/sq-ft in 2015. This average residential price is showing improvement.
