The developer is not willing to commit in writing on a) delivery date of site b) Rs 720/sq.ft rate is firm and fixed. He has also not completed any projects so far. Kindly advice.

Yeah sometimes builders are not ready to negotiate on the price quoted but they should mention on the agreement about the delivery date

You have to make the payment in favor of 'The Bangalore Employees & Self Employees Housing Co-Operative Society Limited' via cheque/DD/NEFT/RTGS only. Bank loans will be available from nationalized banks.Time required for completion of layout will be about 36 (thirty six) months.
