i am planning to buy a 3 bhk house in achievers gardenia or achievers status enclave. The project is situated on badhkal pali road. Is the society good for living. Is investing in this property a wise decision.

Sector 49 is a very prime residential sector as well as well connected with major parts of the city. Connectivity & transportation is not an issue here. If you are planning to invest in 3BHK unit, as rent you can get 20-25000/per-month. Gardenia will offer you spacious 3BHK builder floor, whereas Status enclave will offer you 3BHK apartment.

This project offers builder floors, 3BHK units , area ranging from 1494 sq-ft to 1998 sq-ft. The unit price is starting from 70.5Lac onward. This project is located in a decent residential sector will all basic amenities nearby.

As per sources, this project is in ready to move in stage. Badkhal Pali road & Gurgaon faridabad road are providing easy connectivity to this sector. This sector 49 is a developed residential sector in Faridabad. It is heard that an International Biomedical Institute is proposed in this sector, which is close to this Gardenia project.

This is a misleading answer- Project is in a really bad shape- no water, power or sewer- extremely poor construction quality
