Can anybody tell me the price of 3BHK including all charges? When is the project possession date?

Hi Pallav,
It will cost around Rs. 31.30 lacs for 1000 sq-ft and Rs. 54.77 lacs for 1750 sq-ft. A month back when i was making inquiry about the project the sales person told me that the possession date will be October'2015.

It is just 20 minute run from bristol hotel gurgaon, 0 km from Faridabad Gurgaon road. 25 mins drive from GKII , near to N.I.T Faridabad . Just 2 kms from hospital, 1 kms from Badkhal Lake.

This area is very useful for those who are working in Gurgaon. Very close to Gurgaon around 23 km all amenities are there nearby with full safety and security. The properties rates are not too much high as of now in this area. In future this locality would be a posh area as the developments are continuously increasing.

Near to Gurgaon and South Delhi, pollution free environment, bus stop, school, hospitals, multiplexes, markets and malls, leisure spots, mother dairy on walking distance.
