@ Monica If you are planning to buy property in Navi Mumbai then Ulwe should be your first choice. It is one of the fastest growing area of Navi Mumbai. This locality has been planned and developed by CIDCO and is becoming a preferred destination for many home buyers these days.
The Uran Road and JNPT Road pass through Ulwe connecting it to localities such as Greater Khanda, Kharghar, CBD Belapur and Panvel. The Vashi Railway Station is the nearest railway station. The nearest airport is Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport.
As far as transportation is concerned, the main modes of transport in the locality are buses and auto-rickshaws but there are very few of them. The Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport (NMMT) runs bus services from Vashi, Nerul, Kharghar, Uran and Belapur to Ulwe. A railway station being built nearby called the Bamandongri railway station.
You can also serch your dream homes in Kalyan and Dombivli. Property values in the Kalyan and Dombivli area offers projects within the affordable range. For example, the average property value in Dombivli East is about Rs 5450/sq-ft while it is about Rs 6100/sq-ft in Dombivli West. The average property value in Kalyan East is about Rs 5250/sq-ft while the average property value in Kalyan West is about Rs 5950/sq. ft.
Hi Monika, Ulwe would be a better option due to its proximity to most of Navi Mumbai's locality. Infrastructure is almost there with connectivity to Mumbai. Added infrastructure which has been promised by CIDCO like Airport and Sealink will surely put an icing to the cake. I would suggest you to go for Panvel as a 5 year investment with high returns and rental value.
Good afternoon!!!! I think Sujan is right.......but in spite of the fact, ground reality would take time to change, CIDCO has fast-tracked infrastructure development of Ulwe. The involved authority is speeding up the work of the 8 kms link which would connect Seawoods Darave station to Kharkopar and include five stations. This smooth connectivity is expected to make sure the movement of end-users into the locality.
