The main reason behind the development of Kadugodi from a small village to a residential hotspot is its proximity to the IT and commercial hubs of Whitefield. There is huge demand for residential apartments in Kadugodi, owing to the young IT crowd.

Kadugodi comes equipped with large land parcels, good connectivity infrastructure, and reasonable property prices. One of the highlights of Bengaluru’s infrastructure, the Namma Metro will prove to be another factor for growth in the future for Kadugodi. Diwali offers: a) Free rental till possession and
b) No Pre EMI till possession

The price of the apartments starts from rs 39 lakhs on wards. There will be 60 apartments with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments and it will have 5 floors. All the apartments are constructed according to Vaastu Complaint.

BDA has approved Whitestone Verosa and you can avail home loan from banks like HDFC, Axis, SBI, ICICI, Federal Bank. The project is expected to get completed bu last quarter of 2016.
