Q: Plz Advice, I want to buy flat budget 20-25 lac in subvention plan, I can wait for 2-3 yrs, I want to know which location would give me better return between Noida Extention, Greater noida or Yamuna Expressway?

In my opinion, there are many locations in DelhiNCR, where property price is not suitable for middle class people. That means , in Greater Noida ,you can find affordable housing suitable for all types of people. Allocation of land by the help of government development authorities is a major key factor/strength of this location.
