But Sarjapur has seen an upward demand by the denizens because the area is close to many prime locations like Outer Ring Road, Agara, Christ College Area and HSR Layout.
You have a very good budget range and good news is that you needn't have to go too far. In this budget you can go for localities like Whitefield, Bannerghatta Road, KR Puram, Electronic City, Sarjapur Road, JP Nagar and Bellandur.
I feel Whitefield is a better option. Whitefield is one the most preferred locality in the city mainly because of the IT hub, The Export Promotion Industrial Park (EPIP) at Whitefield, one of the country's first information technology park - International Tech Park, Bangalore (ITPB).
