Roads and electricity has not been completed.You can say 70% of the layout is ready.By Feb 2017 as per conversation with builder 100% will be ready.Nothing has stopped.Every day work is going on.

As far as I know the rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 1500 and the price of plots starts from Rs 15 lakhs on wards.

As far as I know SBI is not providing home loan for this project. Can you please help which all banks and local body has approved the project? How much is the rate per sqft going on?

Yes, SBI has not approved the project. It has been approved by MPA ( Malur Planning Authority) and banks like Axis, ICICI and First Blue Finance.

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 1299.
