When will Pashmina Brookwoods Refund my Money Back ?

Q: I Purchased 1 BHK in Jan '2015 under the Republic day 50gm Gold offer. After paying almost 3 lakhs they cancelled the loan and now I am getting no response from Pashmina for the last 3 months for my refund back. BEWARE....BEWARE...BEWARE from Pashmina Builders

We must appreciate them that though they have delayed our payments a bit, but we are assured that they will pay us and totally paid us, and I also understand that they have paid totally to Shapoorji, when asked why the delays are happening, they were informing that the existing customers are holding back the payments already due

Though the wealth Manager group is not connected to Pashmina developers , he is certainly helping Pashmina out, I am also in the gold scheme I have got the gold , There has been iteration in sales team, I understand it is due to false promises and integrity issue they had to remove people out. lets wait they are very positive to complete.

If the builder is not responding then you should go and meet the builder in person. If then also nothing is happening, you can take help from your lawyer and send a legal notice to the builder.
