Yes, I am agreed with Daksh. There are some buyers, who researched a lot before their investment but still stuck and do not get their flat possession. According to me they should buy their own plot and should construct their own. Society is not for them.

Do your own due diligence before investing anywhere in India. Ask for all the legal approval, verify it with a legal expert, approach road, connectivity to the other parts of the city, nearby basic facilities, transport system and then move forward.

Hello Roy,
Did you smell the waste? Did you taste the water over there and food? On what basis you are pointing these issues? If you will create small-2 issues, there is not a single place in the earth where you can get your desired property. There are some people who have either no work or just pass their time spreading those rumors.
