I GOT ALLOTED THE ONE BHK FLAT IN THIS SCHEME AS WELL AS IN SUPERTECH BASERA SCHEME.MY QUESTION IS WHICH PROPERTY IS BETTER BECOZ AS PER HUDA I CAN KEEP ONLY ONE FLAT IN AFFORDABLE SCHEME.PLEASE GUIDE ME

As per my knowledge Supertech Basera is one of the well known affordable housing project located in Sector 79, Gurgaon. This project offers 1BHK & 2BHK apartments, area ranging from 400 sq-ft to 592 sq-ft. Sector 79 is a prime residential sector surrounded by Sector 78, Sector 80, Sector 77 & Golden Greens Golf Course. Very good location near to NH-8 Gurgaon.

According to sources,under affordable housing policy of Government of Haryana, Raheja builder has launched Krishna affordable housing scheme. This project is located in Sector 14 Sohan, Gurgaon. This project has spread over approx 10acrs with 1660 apartments. From which 120units are for 2BHK & 1540 units are for 1BHK.

This project is situated close to Raheja Aranya, India's first smart green city. Upcoming KMP expressway is located very near to this project. This project is approx 20min away from Gurgaon. In my point of view, both projects & their locations are good. Very much suitable for both investment & end use. configuration, benefits, amenities & appreciation are the things always changes from location to location as well as builder to builder. According to sources,from all neighboring resale markets, Gurgaon real estate market is more active & having good growth.
