I am looking for a 2BHK flat in Krishna Housing Scheme? Is there any flats available for resale? What will be the price of a 2BHK flat in it including all? And when is the possession? Is the developers reliable? How is its delivery history and construction quality?

Hi Nitin,
I will not suggest you to invest your hard earned money in any of their projects as their all projects are delayed by 5+ yrs and many court cases by the buyers. They are construction quality is very bad as one has to redo entire plaster and painting after 1-2 yrs.

Even i tried a lot to contact with the builder and sales team but they are not picking call. I tried to post on forums for details and still waiting for the response. If you have any updates on it, plz share with us. Thanks
