Hi, As per my knowledge Stamp duty can be paid within three months from the date of receipt of such document in India. Document may be produced before the District Registrar. Who will certify on payment under Section 18 of Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

Hi Kiran,
Services tax is applicable only in under construction project. so in your case you did not pay any service tax to the builder.

Hello,
The stamp duty in Hyderabad is dependent on different criteria s eg: sales deed or conveyance deed.

1. Sales deed (Stamp duty 4% and registration charges 0.50% )
2. Conveyance Deed (gift, mortgage, lease etc.) the stamp duty charges would be 5% and registration charges 0.50%.

Thanks
