Attibele is a panchayat town in Anekal taluk, Bangalore. The Karnataka-Tamil Nadu border is also settled in this locality which is marked by an arch. It is 32 km from Bangalore and 8 km from Hosur on NH 7. The place is well connected by both KSRTC and BMTC buses. Attibele is home for most manufacturing and textile industries. The real estate market here has been blooming slowly and steadily.

Yes the builder is going to provide rain water harvesting in this project. As far as I know the unique selling point of this project are as follows: 1) 65% of pure breathing space
2) A 3 side road project with setback of minimum 30 feet 3) 20 different floor plans 4) Not more than one common wall per flat 5) 2 storey club house 6) gateway from 300ft STRR Road

Celebrity Square is an under construction project and the project is expected to get completed by April 2016. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 2600. The price of apartments in this project starts from Rs 20 lakhs.

Which all banks and local authority has approved the project? Which all facing flats they are offering? What is the total land area and how many apartments are planned?

The project has got approval from BMRDA and banks like Axis, SBI and HDFC. The project is spread over 3 acres of land and there will be 252 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk units ( 824-1112 sqft) There will be east, west and north facing apartments.
