Hi I think both the area is showing good potential but In my suggestion go for sri ram nagar near chirac public school where you get good appreciation and connectivity. It is well connected by Gachibowli or Hitech City with a lot of new development, markets & malls nearby, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Oracle, Amazon & Google all have offices within 2 km of this locality and In-Orbit mall is also within 1.5 km and good schools like Chirec Public School, DPS etc. are also very close by.

I think currently the average price of an apartment is currently estimated to be Rs 4000 per sq ft.But it may be up and down depending upon the project and builders. There are several ready-to-move-in properties in this area, in addition to a number of under-construction projects.

The area is situated close to to Gachibowli and Hitec City which is the best location in Hyderabad for an IT working professional who wants to move for rental or buying purpose.
