Thanks for your feedback.This is a first no no this is second after Gunjur whistiling wind. Do not trust this guy. He has done a full mesh. No documents yet shared with community , no STP, no GYM lots of unfinished job. Absconding and not ready to come and fullfill all promise made by him. Not sure after how many years he will share the document and complete all pending works. Be careful before choosing such projects

The project has got all the necessary approvals but the thing is that the builder has not completed any projects as of now. So do not know how will the construction quality and how is their track record.
