Hi, I am new to this forum and of course a first time home buyer.I work in Hi tech City and in search of a dream home,I have visited this project called APR Pranav Antilia by Praneeth Group @ Bachupally few days back.Its a very big project in 50 Acres and they are planning more than 600 villas and have a bigger club house of 35,000 sft.Different plot sizes between 120 sq yards to 300 sq yards.Price ranges from 56 lakhs to 1.4 crores depending on the plot sizes.Amenities extra. I found projects situated on the main road of Bachupally-Miyapur 100 ft road and found so many hi standard schools and colleges around it,Can see ORR from their site.Miyapur Metro is 6km from the community.

APR Pranav Antilia, a mega residential project at Bachupally, Miyapur.As Miyapur is showing great potential for capital appreciation , I think you should opt for this project. APR Pranav Antilia project is located on the main road and closer to all international schools and Miyapur Metro.
