Q: I am planning to buy a 2 BHK flat from NCN developers. It'll be a great help if somebody can share their reviews about this builder / completed projects.

There is hardly any information available about the project over the internet. How much is the rate per sqft going on and what will be the price of an apartment?

Hey Nirvan, Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3200. The price of the apartments in this project ranges from Rs 34 lakhs to Rs 44 lakhs approximately

What is the status of the project? Which all banks and local body has approved the project?

NCN Crystal is an ongoing project and the project is expected to get completed by next year end. The project has got approval from BBMP and all the leading banks such as HDFC, Axis, LIC, SBI and ICICI.

Hi Satya, NCN Developers are there in real estate market from past 5 years. Till date they have completed two projects namely NCN Gold and NCN Classic. They have three ongoing projects at different level of construction those projects are NCN Diamond, NCN Platina and NCN Crystal.

So far have not heard any negative comments or reviews about the builder.
