This project has been handed over to M/s. Dhanalakshmi Developers and the contact information of the same has not been shared with us and also there is no proof of the documentation that they are giving this project to them. we need some proof of the same. can anyone please visit their office and share the contact details so that the team has been updated.
if you need documentation, that go to office where anita will keep docs in front of you. Just ask her about xerox of all, then she will deny.

Have you seen Anupam Khers movie "Khosla kaa Ghosla" where Boman Irani makes duplicate property papers . So in this way too, here papers are almost duplicate.

leave this poroject. take your refund back from this builder and check some good projects in virar or dombivli
I think they are giving possession of Balaji Pushp kalash, Kharbao, New Thane. I don't have have exact information of your tower. Kindly, visit the developers office for the latest update of your tower. Thanks..

They are quoting Rs.2992/sq-ft. So, 1RK will cost you Rs.10.17 lacs onward, 1BHK from 537 sq-ft will cost you Rs.18.50 all include and a 2BHK in 724 sq-ft will cost you Rs.24 lacs onward.

dont buy any property in kharbao, as most of the buildings here are illegal. And this is a fraud project. The price going on as on March 2017 is Rs.2000 to Rs.2300 per sq feet, but you need to apply some negotiation skills, but this builder will try to sell you at not less than Rs.3000 per sq fts.
dont waste your hard earned money here. its a fraud project and this Ravi Waghmare is himself builder who is acting as a customer

Locality of Kharbao, Bhiwandi come under Cidco. Cidco approved all the project comes under its territory. As fas as bank loan is concerned, almost all the leading banks and financial institutions have have approved this project. You can get 70% of the total property cost as a home loan.

Currently, you have to pay 20% as booking amount and 10% after the completion of plinth work and rest of the amount on slap wise depends on your home loan.

This builder dhanlaxmi is a fraud builder who is owned by Anita Singh a fraud lady whose husband is in jail and her brother in law along with sister in law is too in jail for cheating customers. if you want proofs, then google it, where google will provide you all answers
