Located in the district of Thane, Bhiwandi is mostly popular for its power looms and textiles industries. It is also a warehousing hub since it lies out of the octroi zone. A quiet and mostly commercial suburb, the locality is mostly inhabited by the lower middle class and migrant community in Mumbai. Yes, this is a Bhiwandi Nizampur Mahanagar Palika approved project and all the approvals are in place as the construction work is in full swing.

Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for this project.

well Suresh,
As the construction work is in full swing and work on 3rd slap is going on. They are charging 40% of agreement value as a booking amount.

Other charges like covered car parking Rs. 3 lacs and Maintenance charges is Rs. 2/sq-ft.

Atlanta Residency Ph-2 by Balaji Trinity Group located at Bhiwandi, Mumbai. It offers 2/3 BHK residential apartments, 2BHK from 1300-1350 sq-ft. (built-up area), and 3BHK in 1600 sq-ft. It's current price is Rs. 5100/sq-ft. It is a P+G+12 story apartment consists 150 in 3 towers.
